Got out today fishing WAY up river. Started off with river type fishing tossing Jackall MC60's on laydowns and submerged grass. Boating several fish just in the keeper range that were all spots. Then moved into the creek channels working deeper water with the Muscle 15+ and X-Wire Spinnerbaits (3/4). After finding some slowed down and used a Flick Shake on a drop shot and also caught a couple on a crosstail shad. All in all a good day for the numbers but still nothing over 4 in the boat. The bite got better as the day grew for us today and was pleased to see my client catch some fish on stuff he had never done before in areas he had never seen. As far as colors go the hard baits were all in ghost minnow and Tenn. shad, the blade was nickle with whie skirt, and the plastics were in Green pumpkin and ayu.
