GUNTERSVILLE march 2008

Well, I finally got a day the wind didn’t blow me off the lake. This allowed my clients and me a chance to fish some water new water. We didn’t set the numbers on fire but the quality sure was great. We landed around 12 fish all keepers (6 of them pictured above). All fish were caught on the Xcalibur Xr50’s and Xr75’s (royal shad, royal red, & rayburn red) ripped from grass in 1-5ft of water. Not sure what the big ole stripped bass was doing up shallow in the grass, but she slammed the Xr50! I’ll be back at it again tomorrow and looks like the wind will too!

I have March 3rd & 5th open next week due to a cancellation.
