its true, we caught over 70 trout off two piers with night lights in about 8' of water on the point at ono island. the fish 3 different days were all over this area. not one fish came on live bait - every fish was got a berkley gulp shrimp - this is the worst smelling thing i have ever used!! but the stuff works- at one time we caught 9 fish in 9 cast. we worked the shrimp on 1/8 and 1/4 size heads in pulling current and the fish ate them up.
