GUNTERSVILLE APRIL 2006

Got out today with a father and son. Finally its getting real warm and the wind didn't blow so I was happy. We ended up with 14 fish(4 shorts). Biggest fish of the day in the pic at 4 1/2 and was the fathers biggest bass ever. All fish caught on flukes, yum dingers, and spinnerbaits in real shallow water less than 2 ft. We fished on the main lake and in pockets so it didn't seem to matter. Later in the day seemed better with a lot of fish moving shallow. We got in one pocket and saw 5 beds within 10 yards with fish on each one. Also I included the pic from last nights wildcat. There seems to be a lot of fish moving shallow so the bite will only get better. Alex Davis
