june fishing on sabine lake and sabine jetties is as good as it gets on sabine lake we have working the brids picking up trout to 4 lbs and red fsh are mixed in them. the red fish are starting to school in the middle on the day catching lots of over size fish running big shad . sabine jetties has been great for speckle trout we have been fishing the beach for 2 weeks now the wind has layed with the light north wind the best and catching limits to 7 lbs best bite has been incoming time..Plastices and topwater early morning are all good the fish are there and the bait is every where after the sun is up about 10.00am move to to the 3rd sand bar to 4 to 5 ft water. and keep fishing. the short rigs have been hit and miss some nice trout have been caught. shark fishing is great at the jettiies we are catching 25 to 30 black tip sharks per trip and the big bull red fish have showed up also. catching them to 40lbs . crabbing trips have been great with lot of big crabs we are catching 10 to 12dz per trip in the marshes.the offshore fishing has been great we are catching limits of red snapper to 25lbs and big king fish are showing up in good numbers. the big ling showed up last week just 15 miles from the jetties next month is going to best the best fishing for them as the seas will be smooth we will be running trips all july offshore inshore every day please book you trips now .
